Understanding the support available with Childcare Costs
We want our families to get the most financial benefit out of any scheme on offer, and we want to make that process as simple as possible. The options for support with childcare costs can feel overwhelming at best, so here’s a handy graphic providing you with metaphorical map and a compass!

What’s NEW?


If you have a child who is 2 before 31st March 2024 then you can receive 15 hours of funded childcare from 1st April 2024. Want to know how this works at POD – Read our Guide to 2 Year Old Funding.

The 30 hours funded childcare scheme is available to use in our POD Preschool from the term after a child’s 3rd birthday. You can read more about this in our handy guide here.

 

All our families, no matter which service they tap into with Practically Family, can pay towards their childcare using tax free childcare, childcare vouchers and tax credits available for working families.

We are committed to making things as flexible and easy for parents to have brilliant childcare with no strings attached. So, whichever scheme works out best for you, we will wholeheartedly support.
