A Magical Place in Wilmslow The POD is an exciting play space. Every little nook has been thought out and designed to delight and inspire little minds. From our adventurous outdoor classroom and mud kitchen to the cosy sleep den, hot air balloon library and sensory room, each space has been created to stimulate (or calm!) little minds. We believe that learning happens everywhere, so every inch of POD is full of opportunities to explore, imagine, and grow.

Currently at Capacity It’s no surprise that our unique approach to childcare is in high demand, and we’re currently full until January 2026. You are more than welcome to join our waiting list to secure your spot for the future. We work on a first come, first served basis, so recommend you signing up as soon as possible.

Family-Led, Child-Approved The POD is a family-run business, part of Practically Family childcare. We come from a place of warmth and understanding. We know your children are the most important part of your life, and we treat them like part of our own family. Whatever you need, we’re here to make your life easier and your child’s days full of fun.

• Provision for children from birth to age 5
• Teacher led, qualified, First Aid Trained, DBS checked team members. Ofsted Registered.
• Open 5 days a week - Monday – Friday 7.30am-7pm.
• Flexible sessions for POD families – Once you’re part of the POD family, you can book from as little as 1hr 15 min to full-day sessions, or anything in-between!
• £10.50 per session with payment accepted from Childcare Vouchers / Tax Free Childcare (listed as The POD)
• No commitment required – move things around or add wraparound as and when needed, cancel within 24hr notice for a full refund.
