The POD, Wilmslow, is an exciting play space. Every little bit of POD has been thought out and designed to delight and inspire little minds. Our environment is a teacher in itself. From our wonderful mud kitchen and outdoor classroom to our state of the art preschool classroom and computer suite. Our cosy sleep den to the hot air balloon library and sensory room to our creative area. Every space has been designed to stimulate little minds, provide independence and be accessible…all with an extra sprinkling of magic.
The POD is based off the Handforth Bypass in Wilmslow and is a family-run business, part of Practically Family childcare. We come from a place of warmth and understanding. We know and love your kids and we’ll do whatever we can to make your life easier and theirs full of fun. Everyone who works here brings different skills to the sandpit – meet your POD Squad!
How can POD work for you?
For flexible plays, longer stays and pre-school days – No contracts, no commitments, no worries.
- Provision for children from birth to age 11
- Teacher led, qualified, First Aid Trained, DBS checked team members. Ofsted Registered
- Open 5 days a week - Monday – Friday 8am-7pm.
- Flexible sessions – book from as little as 1hr 15 min to full day sessions, to anything in-between
- £10.50 per session with payment accepted from Childcare Vouchers / Tax Free Childcare (listed as The POD)
- No commitment required – book online, as and when needed, cancel within 24hr notice for a full refund
